CM Screw Components

The CM Screw components were developed to manufacture prosthetic parts for Cone Morse dental implants with an internal angulation of 11.5º.

CM Screw Cover

Made of Polymer or Titanium, the cover has the function of closing and protecting the entrance of the morse taper implant during the osseointegration phase.

CM Screw Healer

Manufactured in Titanium according to ASTM F 136, the healer is used to form the gingival profile during the healing phase for subsequent assembly of the prosthetic components. It has different transmucosal heights (2.0 mm, 4.0 mm, 6.0 mm and 8.0 mm) and two diameters (3.5 mm and 4.5 mm).

Analog

It is used as a replica of the morse taper implant platform in a plaster model for making the prosthesis and prosthetic planning. It is made of brass or stainless steel.

Repositional Transfer

It is used to transfer the position and direction of the implant through impression. Used in CLOSED tray. Manufactured with Titanium according to ASTM F 136, the Transfer is anti-rotational. After molding, the CM transfer is screwed onto the CM analog and repositioned in the impression.

Drag transfer

Made of titanium according to ASTM F136 standard, the Drag Transfer is used to transfer the position and direction of the implant through molding. Used in OPEN tray. After molding, the CM transfer is loaded with the impression material and then screwed onto the CM analogue.

Made of titanium according to ASTM F 136, the Abutment is used to rehabilitate a single morse taper cemented prosthesis. It is available in different transmucosal heights and diameters.

Low belt and high belt. It is used to rehabilitate screw-retained single prostheses or cemented multiple Morse Cone fixed prostheses. Can be customizable through wear.

It is an intermediate prosthetic component to rehabilitate single or multiple prostheses screwed on 11.5° morse taper implants. Made of titanium alloy according to ASTM F 136 standard, it has different transmucosal heights (0.5 mm, 1.0 mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm, 4.0 mm, 5.0 mm).

Attachment Ball

It is used for retention and stability of overdenture-type removable prosthesis. Made of titanium according to ASTM F 136, it features a prosthetic platform for an O’Ring ring. Available in different transmucosal heights (1.0 mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm, 4.0 mm).

Used in removable prosthesis, it has a cocoon made of titanium according to ASTM F 136 standard and an O’Ring* ring inside in nitrile rubber material. *O’Ring is sold separately for replacement.
